Trojan qualifies for the Welsh Fast Growth 50 Awards. After being absent from the awards for 2 years Trojan were proud to be back in the FG50 as they had featured in the awards for 3 consecutive years 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2010 but then even though the business continued to grow, the growth rate was below the entry level point.
The growth is measured from sales in 2007 compared with 2009, Trojan posted an increase of 64.9%. Malcolm Rash FD "it is a real achievement for us to be back in the FG50. The Hong Kong fair is an important show for Trojan to attend as it allows them to meet current and potential manufacturers who are looking for managed product returns service or require technical support services in the UK.
However due to the Ash cloud the 4 day trip turned out to be 14 days with Clive & Malcolm, like thousands of other Brits, stuck abroad with no way home. They considered all routes to get home, including taking the train through China and into Russia. However Virgin finally came to their rescue after hiring additional aircraft.
